May 15th marked the halfway point in our May Fundraiser with donations so far totaling $2,552 . This is the second year that our “Friends of the Diaper Bank” have provided a dollar for dollar match for our May Fundraiser. We hope to exceed the $5,000 match limit. Every dollar becomes two and no donation is too small. The number of donations received is as impressive as the size of each donation.

These are difficult times for many families. Thanks to the support of the community we have been able to increase our services. We now serve ALL of the WIC offices (Women, Infant, Children) in the County. We have also started providing diapers to MSS case managers (Maternal Support Services) that make home visits. Last year we donated 2,788 diapers/week. The last three weeks we have donated over 18,000 diapers (6,000 per week).

Our Partner agencies have reported hearing the following from those served:

“The diapers are SO helpful. I can manage now.”, “God sent you to me. Thank you” (This client had no diapers), “Yes I need diapers, it is a blessing”, “Thank you SO, SO much. It is SO helpful”,

Our frontline partners are telling us the need of families they serve is massive. Anxiety and stress are extremely high, and many feel isolated. It is Hard.

Mother’s day was May 10th. Mothers want the best for their children. In honor of all Mother’s let us provide a little “Bottom up” help. The "Dollars for Diapers Drive" ends May 31st. Matching funds up to $5000 from Friends of the Diaper Bank provides an opportunity to STILL double your impact.

Your help is sincerely appreciated!
